What words spring forth upon my lips from fertile earth Upon thy love floating into the warm breeze With teary rain falling upon my flesh Burning everlasting desire as my spirit soars into the heavens of my Father.

I'm trying to find a publisher for the collection of poems I put together:

Philosphy of a Broken Soul

When things go wrong in life, where do we turn for answers? Family? Friends? Lovers? Well, what happens when you don’t have these to turn to or they are what’s going wrong? Some of us look to the stars, others, like myself turn to our dreams. As one of the fathers of modern psychology, Carl Jung, believed, it is within our dreams that we find the answers to all of life’s questions. Within these dreams, some of us find archetypes or guides to help us through these difficult times when we believe no one is willing to help.

Philosophy of a Broken Soul is a series of poems written through out my life mainly after being disappointed by the men that meant the most to me, each disappointment taking more of my beliefs away. Within my dreams, I found my archetype to protect me when all seemed hopeless. “And so he said…” starts the series with the words of a guardian waiting in the midst for a call.

The series continues with ideas about the world, as well as myself, as I try to maintain my sanity in a world that is played like a game. Perhaps life is no more than a game for some greater being; perhaps it is no more than a game to everyone trying to live it. Each poem in the series from “My Question” through “Who I am” reflects a time and emotion in my life, all revolving around that one final heartbreak that broke my very soul and left me asking why.
